Dodge D-700 new shift keys & added new start sound

Description:
This is FazendeiroBR ’s Dodge D-700 that i either added a new idle sound to it or a new start sound.the start sound sounds alot better.I also changed the shift keys to (x) and (z).
To Shift Up: (X)
To Shift Down: (Z)
