A small-town municipal building in clean matching red brick: the fire hall, the town hall and the police station joined in one long building, each with its own front. Fire Hall - three drive-through apparatus bays with roll-up doors front and back (they open as you drive up, or on foot with the prompt), turnout-gear lockers, a hose rack, hose reel, SCBA cylinder rack and air packs, tool board and ladder; an office wing with a watch office, day room and kitchen, bunk room, restroom with shower and a fitness room. Town Hall - white four-column portico, lobby with waiting area and town map, front desk, boardroom, codes enforcement, city manager, HR, court clerk and finance offices, restrooms and a break room. Working office doors. Police Station - raised entry with portico, lobby with a secured front desk, dispatch, chief's office, records, squad room, locker room, evidence room, booking room (mugshot wall, fingerprint station) and a holding area with two cells; a one-car sally port with a roll-up door. Parking with marked stalls (two accessible), walks, a flagpole, a monument sign and a concrete apron front and back of the fire bays.
