Duck Blind

A brushed box blind with its decoys already set out, for waterfowl role-play - one item, placed in one go. Brushed Box Blind - a walk-in four-man blind built on 4x4 skids: 2x4 framing, plywood walls, a 2x6 shooting rail with an open shooting slot the full width of the front, a sloped roof that hides you from above, a bench along the back wall, a shell shelf and a doorway with a step at the back. Every outside wall and the roof are packed with dry grass, reeds and cattails, standing proud of the walls and hanging over the slot. Walk in and take a seat. In front of the shooting slot: 12 full-body Canada goose decoys on stake bases in loose family groups out in the field, and 12 duck floaters closer in. Each decoy settles onto the ground it is placed on, so the spread sits right on a slope. The decoys have no collisions: walk or drive straight through them.
