Oliver super 99 v1.0

Down and dirty convert. This is not my mod. The mod description said JD as the author. If they want it down, just let me know,w and I will do so. I just wanted their work to live on.  The icon when selecting your mods shows up as a John Deere, but don't worry, it's an Oliver. I was just too lazy to change it. I did change the transmission shift times and hp.
