TOOL HEIGHT CONTROL FOR HARVESTER

Added the ability to control the tool height when it's used of the harvester. When you enter to the harvester and the harvester is used manually, you can change the height of the selected tool.
It was not added any changes to the autopilot.
This feature is added automatically, no installation required.
