Extended Wood Harvester Cutting

Adds an overlay cutting plan for forestry machines.

Open the plan overlay, select one of the planned pieces, and change its length using the available cutting lengths for the forest machine. Automatic cutting is carried out in accordance with this plan.

Default key bindings:
Switch cutting plan overlay: Ctrl + W
Cut by stages: Ctrl + X
Previous/next fragment: Ctrl + A / Ctrl + D
Shorten/extend: Ctrl + Q / Ctrl + E
