STRAUTMANN HYDROFOX

Here is my converted from the Ls11 (by "Fumski") & newly built "Strautmann Hydrofox"

What was done:
- Textures adapted to Ls19 standard
- Removed unnecessary functions from the LS11
- LUA's & errors fixed
- New HQ decals (Ls19 standard)
- New fillplane

What else will be done:
- Dynamic hoses
