GRASS MOWING

This mod changes the minimum harvestable state for grass so that it can be cut at any stage of growth.

Features:
- Makes grass harvestable from the first stage of growth
- Works with any mower or cutter
- The yield is proportional to growth stage
- Applies to crop grass and meadow grass
- All other crops are unaffected
