Fiat 1300DT faster

I've changed the speed of the ingame modhub Fiat 1300DTThe speed is not 25km/h(16mp/h) anymore but, 75km/h(47mp/h) forwards and 30km/h(19mp/h) in reverse.I hope you enjoy the mod!
