American-size plates (1992 series)

Details:
All plates feature a blue euroband with the oval LT.
- Since 1990 plates bear the flag of Lithuania above the oval LT
- Since 2004 plates bear the flag of European Union above the oval LT
- Since 2018 the technical check seals are no longer incorporated
- Since 2023 the coat of arms of Lithuania are included
