MCCORMICK D430 CONVERTED

The mod is not yet Kommplett removed and still has some bugs like:
- the front axle is not aritated
- the sounds do not work
- Ackermann placement is not correct
- lights don't work either
Assigned 50 hp to the Schelpper because there are hardly any units for the 30ps class.
