STATIC BUILDINGS FOR MAP

Hello, I'm updating this package, I added some new buildings. I spend it because it is on the disk for a long time, some buildings I did not make large details, e.g.- at the gate there is a flat one who holds the gate I don't know his name XD.- I don't know why there is a strange light next to the buildings.
