Elmcreek Snow 4x Edit

This is my edit of tri states elmcreek, it has some errors but is playable and stable, made it for Construction and Public Works.
Demo bridge and buildings
Open pit mine
Underground coal mine
and various other job sites
made the town alot larger more lived in feeling
added weigh stations along the highway
more paintable textures
Lake and campground with boat ramp
and much more.
