This add-on requires the FS25 Realistic Harvesting mod, which must be installed separately in your mods folder.

Realistic Harvesting is not included in this download.

With the Blockage Add-on, harvesting in Farming Simulator 25 finally becomes more realistic.

It automatically installs itself in the combines and forage harvesters!

This add-on expands Realistic Harvesting with a realistic blockage and overload system for combines and forage harvesters. Driving too fast or picking up too much material at once risks a blocked intake.

Realistic clogging depending on engine load and material quantity

Different settings for Arcade, Normal, and Realistic modes

Combine harvesters can clog under excessive load

Forage harvesters are particularly sensitive to high engine load

Cutter, intake, and pickup stop when blocked

Intake can be reversed

When reversing, corresponding intake effects run in reverse

With grass pickups, material is deposited in front of the pickup when reversing

Reversed grain can be returned to the ground as a swath and picked up again

In case of severe blockages, the operator must exit the vehicle and clear the cutterbar directly

No artificial speed limit – the operator decides how much strain to put on the machine

Designed for multiplayer/dedicated server compatibility

Operation

Y – Reverse intake/cutter

Z – Restart the machine after clearing

Z – In case of a severe blockage on the cutterbar Manually clearing blockages

The FS25 Realistic Harvesting mod is required for this add-on and must be installed separately in the mods folder.

Note

The load depends on factors such as the machine, engine power, working width, harvest volume, and driving speed. Therefore, the behavior can vary significantly depending on the vehicle and field.

If you consistently operate your machine at its performance limit, you should expect the intake to eventually become clogged. Just as it should be. 😄
