Random Cough

Your farmer coughs from time to time, completely at random — a small immersion mod with zero setup.

Features:
- Separate cough sounds for male and female characters, auto-matched to your character
- A cough every 3-10 minutes, in the cab and on foot
- No menu, no configuration: install and play
- Multiplayer supported: every player hears their own cough
